## Payment Terms

- Subscription billed monthly
- Payment due on billing date
- Failed payments may suspend service
- Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee
- Cancellation: Anytime, no penalty

## Intellectual Property

- Sales Accelerator Pro owns platform IP
- You own your data
- You grant us license to use data to provide service
- You cannot resell or redistribute

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted:

- We're not liable for indirect damages
- Our liability limited to amount paid

- We maintain 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance: 2 hours/month
- No SLA guarantee during beta
