AI Sales Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Sales Accelerator Pro ("SAP"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform. By using SAP, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following types of information: (a) Account Information: name, email address, password, and role (Sales Rep, Sales Manager, or Admin) when you register; (b) Profile Information: company name, job title, and other optional profile details you provide; (c) Customer Data: contact lists, pipeline deals, call notes, and other sales data you input into the platform; (d) Company Knowledge Base: information about your business, products, and sales approach that you voluntarily provide to personalize AI features; (e) Usage Data: how you interact with the platform, features used, and session information; (f) Payment Information: billing details processed securely by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers; (g) Communications: emails or messages you send to our support team.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the SAP platform; personalize AI Coaching and Sales Expert responses using your Company Knowledge Base; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts); respond to support requests; improve and develop new features; monitor platform security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations.
SAP uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power AI Coaching and Sales Expert features. When you use these features, your queries and relevant context (including your Company Knowledge Base) are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data. We do not use your customer data or sales information to train AI models. Your Company Knowledge Base data is used solely to personalize responses for your account.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 certified database provider. We implement row-level security to ensure each user can only access their own data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. While we implement strong security measures, no system is completely immune to security breaches. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials confidential.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only with: (a) Supabase — for secure database hosting; (b) Anthropic — for AI feature processing; (c) Stripe — for payment processing; (d) Vercel — for platform hosting; (e) Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our legal rights. All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements. We may update this list of third-party providers as our infrastructure evolves and will reflect any material changes in this Privacy Policy.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. Payment records may be retained longer as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@salesacceleratorpro.com.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; export your data (available via the Contacts tab CSV export); delete your account and data; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@salesacceleratorpro.com.
SAP uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in to the platform.
SAP is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@salesacceleratorpro.com.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of SAP after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
