By accessing or using Sales Accelerator Pro ("SAP," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free and paid subscribers.
Sales Accelerator Pro is a cloud-based sales productivity platform that provides pipeline management, contact list management, AI-powered coaching, and sales strategy tools ("Sales Expert"). The service is provided by AI Sales Solutions LLC, operating under the Sales Accelerator Pro brand.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@salesacceleratorpro.com of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
SAP offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.
You agree not to use SAP to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit spam or unsolicited communications; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software; (e) use our AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or deceptive content; (f) resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
SAP includes AI-powered features including AI Coaching and Sales Expert. These features provide sales guidance and strategy recommendations based on proven methodologies. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, or business advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. Results may vary based on your specific situation, industry, and how you apply the guidance provided.
Your use of SAP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using SAP, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all customer data you input into the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
SAP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Sales Solutions LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent. The Sales Accelerator Pro name, logo, and brand are trademarks of AI Sales Solutions LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sales Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of SAP. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
SAP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that AI-generated coaching or strategy recommendations will result in improved sales performance or closed deals.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or our platform. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at hello@salesacceleratorpro.com. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of SAP after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
